Note: Extended Per Lead The Master Plan Update, a programmatic document, is a long-term, large-scale plan that would be implemented incrementally and in phases over many years. The proposed Master Plan Update presents conceptual Parkway development projects, and goals and policies under which the development would be pursued and implemented. The development of individual projects would be evaluated separately by the Conservancy or other appropriate lead agencies subject to separate site-specific CEQA analysis.
