Document Description
The primary purpose of the project is to upgrade the headworks structure system off of the Kings River. The new headworks will be located 350 feet downstream of the current headworks which will remain in place. Removing the gates from the existing headworks will be the only modification to the existing headworks. The improvements will be developed, owned and operated by the CID.
