The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0063-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Red Tail Acquisitions, LLC, as represented by Tim Kihm. The project proposes to construct 270 residential units, a recreation center, a fitness area, and a water quality basin. Project activities include grading and fill of ephemeral drainages within the Project area.
