Document Description
This proposed project involves installation of 2.89 miles of two eight-inch buried crude oil pipelines.
The Project will result in impacts to CA tiger salamander habitat including temporary impacts to 1.87 acres. The Project is expected to result in incidental take of CA tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under the CESA. The ITP referenced above is issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
