CDFW has executed Streambed alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0234-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The project involves activities related to the rehabilitation of SR 101 including 1) the replacement of both the southbound and northbound bridges over San Marcos Creek; 2) conversion of a culvert system which daylights in the middle, to one continuous culvert; and 3) rerouting of a culvert with the abandonment of the existing culvert.
