Document Description
The construction, use and maintenance of a new 85,631 sf, two-story church that is 42-feet and 3-inches in height and 1,107 parking spaces on a 410,980 sf (9.4 acre), irregularly-shaped site in the [T][Q]M1-1VL Zone. The new structure will include gathering spaces, a 1,130-seat worship room, various chapels, a fellowship hall, and kitchen. The proposed hours of operation are 5 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week. The existing 263 parking spaces and asphalt surface will be replaced by the 1,107 parking stalls. The project is expected to remove up to 250 cubic yards of dirt onto the site for construction.
