The residential units are constructed over a gated, two levels, and subterranean parking garage with 86 parking spaces. For purposes of UCLA University Housing, the Manger's unit would be utilized as a student apartment, thus the building is recognized as having 37 units, and Minor upgrades requested by the University will be completed by the seller prior to close of escrow.
