The Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing a permit to the International Pacific Halibut Commission pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 2081 for an underwater longline survey for Pacific halibut. The Section 2081 permit authorizes the IPHC to take white shark during the course of its survey subject to terms and conditions set forth in the permit.
