Document Description
State Health Department issued a closure notice of Cooks Well due to the well not meeting current well standards. Cooks well was a 40 foot hand dug well developed in the 1930's before well standards were established and it was never permitted. This project is to drill a new well at current location of Cooks Well using modern equipment and current well standards.
