Document Description
Camblin Steel will improve APN 017-210-045 and a portion of APN 017-210-043 as a reinforcing steel production yard and storage yard. The project will pave a total of approximately 2.0-acres of yard area between the two parcels, which are under common ownership. An existing CMU screen wall separating the two parcels will be demolished and two rebar production pads will be constructed in the center of the yard area. A 6 foot tall chain-link fence with vinyl slats and 3-strand barbed wire will be constructed around the storage yard (except as otherwise noted in the Agreement), which will include two gated entries.
