Document Description
The proposed Minor Subdivision would subdivide 20 existing patents into 20 parcels in order to implement the partition action taken by the Court on the Aurignac Ranch. The newly configured parcels range in size from 40 acres to 483 acres complying with the Land Use and Zoning designations applied to the property. The proposed reconfiguration of these parcels is not for any future development and the primary use of this property will continue to be for grazing. Of the 20 existing patents, 18 are under Williamson Act contracts and this will not change, although the legal description of the contracts will need to be modified to correspond to the new parcel configurations.
