Remove, repair and reroof Shop North Garrison on Angel Island State Park to preserve the structural integrity of the building .
Work will:
* Remove the composition roof,
* Remove all rotted decking and replace any damaged material with new wood,
* Install new 1/2" plywood sheathing over old deck,
* Install 30lb, roofing felt over bare deck,
* Install 3 tab shingles in off white color to match existing;
* Remove and replace failing gutters and down spot with same type and style.
