Work will: * Remove and replace approximately 200 square feet of ship ;ap siding with identical material; * Remove loose and flaking lead based paint; * Repair or replace in-kind approximately 450 lineal feet of 1"x4 damaged wood trim, * Remove and rebuild and estimated 8 double hung windows with identical material; * Apply new undercoat and paint.
