Document Description
Currently the City's Water Reclamation Plant has a sludge storage tank to hold digested sludge on site prior to dewatering for land disposal. The City will add a second sludge storage tank adjacent to the existing tank for operational and maintenance needs. This will provide for additional on site holdeing capacity when sludge can not be disposed off at the landfill, and will alow the City to take the existing sludge storage tank out of the service for maintenance.
