Document Description
The project involves hand removal of vegetation along an approximately 1,800-foot-long section of upper San Clemente Creek as it flows through the Meadowcreek Station and Madera del Presidio Homeowner Association properties. To increase flood capacity of the engineered drainage channel, the associations' landscape contractors will seasonally hand removal vegetation from the creek channel. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0424-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
