The proposed project involves the implementation of a shuttle system to increase public access as well as facilitate the mobility of tourists and visitors along the San Diego bayfront. Ace Parking Manangement, Inc. will operate the Big Bay Shuttle over the summer season from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend for a term of five years, beginning in 2013 and ending in 2017.
