The project is limited to the extraction of aggregate from the channel of Sehorn Creek for non-commercial purposes only. The Permittee proposes to extract up to 500 cubic yards of gravel annually. The Permittee shall remove gravel only from those areas where the Permittee has secured legal entitlement to such gravel.
