Document Description
Conduct an approximately 373 acre prescribed burn in cooperation with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CalFire) in order to control post-grazing release of invasive thistle plants and to maintain a native bunchgrass and coastal scrub vegetation community on the coastal prairie in Harmony Headlands State Park. The project area is bounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west, Highway 1 on the east, the main access road on the south, and the north boundary fence line.
