Document Description
The primary purpose of the proposed Land use Plan Amendment (LUPA) is to update the 1983 Land Use Development Plan. Improvements may include breaching the lagoon to San Francisco Bay, demolition or rehabilitation of two buildings that may be eligible for the National Register, upgrades to the existing restrooms and picnic areas, additional visitor amenities such as new picnic areas, trails, outdoor fitness stations, and staging area.
