Document Description
Pursuant to authority under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, CA Health and Safety Code (H&SC), the DTSC is proposing to approve a Remedial Action Plan (RAP), hereafter "the project," that would allow UPRR to conduct activities designed to remediate soil in the Asbestos Operable Unit (hereafter "the Site") located at 833 East 8th Street, Stockton, CA, San Joaquin County. Although the Site is an active rail road that is approximately 24 acres, DTSC oversight was limited to the Asbestos Operable Unit, which is located in the southern portion of the Site.
