Document Description
The River Ranch Parcel Map is a ten-lot subdivision of approximately 17.5 acres of vacant, relatively flat land on Riverwalk Drive to the east of the Eel River. The parcel will be annexed into City of Fortuna and designated with Freeway Commercial [FC] zoning. The project will be completed in two phases: Phase 1 consists of lots 1-3, 6-7, & 9-10; Phase 2 consists of lots 4-5, & 8. Public improvements include city road, water and sewer mains, and utilities.
