Document Description
An amendment to the Water Forum Agreement, to include the Lower American River Flow Management Standard Update. The FMS Update is a strategy for flow and temperature management within the LAR that is proposed to preserve the fishery, wildlife, recreational, and aesthetic values of the LAR. The proposed FMS Update would implement a flow pattern in the Lower American River that is different than the Improve Pattern of Fishery Flow Releases included in the original Agreement. Therefore, implementation of the FMS Update qualifies as a "change condition" that warrants amendment of the Agreement by the Water Forum, which would be a discretionary action under CEQA.
