Document Description
The General Plan Amendment is to change the Land Use Plan designation for the subject property from "Hillside" to "Rural Residential". This would allow a subsequent rezoning that would change the minimum lot size for the purposes of subdivision from 20 acres to 5 acres, thus changing the maximum allowed number of lots from three lots to 12 lots on the site.
