Document Description
The Project site is in the Vintage Park neighborhood of Foster City. The Project site comprises 1.69 acres. An approximately 9,700 square foot restaurant building was constructed on the site in 1984. The building was occupied by the Black Angus restaurant until the restaurant ceased operations in 2009/ the building is currently vacant. The Applicant, Fullwel International Group, Inc. is proposing to demolish the building and site improvements and redevelop the existing site with a 121 room extended stay hotel. The proposed hotel will be in 69,715 square feet in size and five stories tall (for a maximum height of 59'-0" above grade).
