Document Description
The Project site is located at 1299 Chess Drive in the Vintage Park neighborhood. The Project site comprises 1.69 acres. An approximately 9,700 sf restaurant building was constructed on the site in 1984. The building was occupied by the Black Angus restaurant until the restaurant ceased operations in 2009. The building is currently vacant. The Applicant, Fullwel International Group, Inc. is proposing to demolish the existing building and site improvements and redevelop the existing site with a 121 room extended stay hotel. The proposed hotel building will be 69,715 sf in size and five stories tall (for a maximum height of 59'0" above grade).
