- To widen the Willow Slough Bypass levee from Road 105 to the eastern edge of the wastewater treatment plant; remove and replace existing gates and signs; construct a paved and gravel roadway; reconstruct paved driveways off the levee and construct two "spurs" which will connect to a non-jurisdictional berm extending around the plant.
