Document Description
The project is limited to the extension of two drain culverts and installation of energy dissipaters into two intermittent tributaries of San Catanio Creek within Norris Canyon Estates. The purpose of the project is to restore a low flow channel to the historical elevation of the creek and prevent future channel incision and bank erosion. The project is located at he confluence of two unnamed tributaries to San Catanio Creek, in the city of San Ramon, Contra Costa County, California; Latitude 37 44 45 N, Longitude 121 59 20 W. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2010-0189-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Toll Brothers, Inc. as represented by Rick Nelson.
