Document Description
The Project is limited to: 1) Removing the existing concrete and pavement in the proposed planting zone as part of the demolition of an abandoned nursing home. 2) Installing a new 6-foot high fence along the east edge (adjacent to the new housing complex) of the planting area. 3) Establishing native riparian vegetation within the project footprint. The planting zone is approximately 490 linear feet in length and varies in width ranging from 15-20 feet, for a total area of approximately 7,457 square feet. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Number 1600-2013-0185-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Wildlife Code to the project Applicant, Jan Krupp, Krupp Brothers, LLC.
