Document Description
The purpose of this project is to develop 56 units of affordable housing for low-income and very low-income households. The proposed project known as Calistoga Family Apartments would include four two-story residential buildings containing 16 one-bedroom units (572 sf each), 20 two-bedroom units (1,010 sf each), which would include the manager's unit. 112 surface parking spaces are planned.
