The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0210-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The Chemours Company FC, LLC (formerly DuPoint). The project is limited to the removal of an obsolete 36-inch diameter outfall pipe in the San Joaquin River that was used in conjunction with plant operations and was decommissioned in 1999 after the manufacturing plant closed.
