Applications 32263A and 32263B were filed with the Division of Water Rights. Application 32263A requests to divert up to 3,000 acre-feet per year and Applicant 32263B requests to divert up to 2,000 afy. Both applications are for direct diversion and diversion to underground storage (within the Adjudicated Seaside Groundwater Basin) from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of each year for the purposes of irrigation within the Castorville Seawater Intrusion Project area and for municipal within the California-American Water Company's Monterey Division service area.
