Document Description
The Monterey County Water Resources Agency (MCWRA) has petitioned the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights to change the point of diversion for diversion from Reclamation Ditch, tributary to Tembladero Slough thence Old Salinas River. The petition involves moving the point of diversion approximately 250 feet downstream along the same source on the same property. The need for a change in POD was apparent prior to construction due due to land easement issues. All other items related to the water right permit remain unchanged.
