Document Description
The proposed project is a new La Habra General Plan that meets CA Code requirements for a general plan, and a Climate Action Plan. The proposed General Plan revises the existing "2020 General Plan" land use map and includes elements required by the State of CA and optional elements. Buildout of the proposed General Plan would result in approximately 5,229 additional dwelling units and 4.4 million additional sf of nonresidential uses in La Habra. The planning area for the proposed General Plan includes both the City of La Habra and its sphere of influence.
