- Note: Extended Review Development of a public safety, non-commercial wireless telecommunications facility including a 100-foot high monopole with ten (10) Omni-directional antennas, two 4-foot diameter microwave dishes and a "Yagi" antenna; placement of a 276 sf modular equipment shelter with two roof-mounted GPS antennas; and emergency power generator. The project also includes connection to underground utilities and emergency power generator, and grading (less than 100 cubic yards cut and fill). The project requires removal of one Monterey pine tree sixteen inches in diameter.
