SDUHSD plans to develop a 101,230 sf new middle school on an eight-acre parcel adjoining the CCA in Pacific Highlands Ranch. The school would be comparable in size and programmatic offerings to the nearby Carmel Valley Middle School, and would serve the students living in Pacific Highlands Ranch and surrounding area, and would alleviate overcrowding at Carmel Valley Middle School.
