Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Ms. Sarah Ketterer. The Project consists of repairing and existing ranch road at one location where Dry Creek and associated upslope drainage has created a slump and eroded the previous attempt to stabilize the area. in approximately 600 square foot area on the right bank (looking downstream) of Dry Creek, the road will be rebuilt using layers of rock and base as specified in the engineered plans submitted with the Notification. Water may be present in the channel, but no work will be required in the wetted portion of the channel. The flow section of creek is outside the work area. No trees will be disturbed.
