Document Description
The construction, use and maintenance of a service station and mini-mart on a currently vacant site in the [Q]C2-1VL Zone, to include pump islands, canopy and a one-story mini-mart building of approximately 1,390 sf. The project also includes the sale and dispensing of beer and wine for on- and off-site consumption in conjunction with the service station and mini-mart, and extended hours of operation and deliveries of 24 hours daily in lieu of the maximum permitted operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and maximum delivery hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at a Commercial Corner location. The project also includes grading with approximately 100 cubic yards of export. Requested entitlements include conditional use approvals for the off-site sale of beer and wine and extended operating and delivery hours, and variance to permit a service station use as otherwise not allowed by the permanent Qualified Zoning Classification on the site.
