Document Description
The Applicant proposes to restore the existing structure, using over 90 percent of the onsite materials. The proposal involves the use of 100 percent of the existing foundation and over 80 percent of the existing framing. Missing doors and windows would be replaced with circa 1920s. The Project proposes various structural, interior, exterior, hardscape/landscape/fencing, driveway/walkways, and utility improvements to the property. Project construction would occur in one phase over a 12-month period, beginning Summer 2013 and ending Summer 2014. The Applicant requests approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness by the Cultural Heritage Commission (or Planning Commission, upon appeal).
