Document Description
The project consists of a City Council consistency determination for the McClellan-Palomar Airport Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) to conditionally allow an industrial use within the 75-80 dBA CNEL aircraft noise contour interval. In addition, the project would include the construction of an industrial/office building on the lot. The industrial/office building would be approved with a Planned Industrial Permit (PIP 09-01) and would consist of a two-story, 55,475 sf building, 34 feet in height. The project would require 5,150 cubic yards of cut and fill. The 4.73 acre parcel has been previously graded.
