The Project includes replacement of the existing south well, with a new well at a new 0.44 acre well site (APN: 321-080-075). If water without Hydrogen Sulfide is found, the well will be equipped with a pressure tank and connected into the water distribution system. If Hydrogen Sulfide is found, the well will pump thru about 1,700 feet of 8 inch pipeline along the east side of Carlisle Road to connect to the existing south storage tank and water system. Both well options include installation of a pump, chlorinator, electrical equipment with housing and fence at the new well site, replacement of old water meters and gate valves on the Districts' existing water mains located with Ducor roads & alley ways. The old north well (#2) & the old south well (#3) will be destroyed. Construction of these facilities will take place within the Ducor Community Services District.
