Document Description
The Love's Travel Center Project proposes to develop a travel center on approximately 10.6 gross acres with 12.271 square feet of commercial uses including a country store, two fast food restaurants, and a vehicle service/tire care center. It will have 9 "single-loaded diesel fuel islands" for trucks (9 total diesel fueling stations) and 8 "double-loaded" islands (16 total fueling stations) for light-duty and passenger vehicles that will dispense both gasoline and diesel fuel plus a scale to weigh semi-trucks and trailers. The project will operate 24 hours per day and 365 days per year, and is expected to employ 35-40 full-time employees.
