Document Description
The proposed project consists of a minor amendment to the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan from the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone to the Commercial Industrial Business Park (CIBP) zone and a CUP for a proposed Love's Travel and Service Center of approximately 12,271 sf on 10.6 acres in the City of Hesperia. The site is currently vacant with disturbed desert scrub vegetation and scattered Joshua trees. Commercial/Industrial Business Park zoning is to the north, west, and southeast. Residential uses are to the northeast, but are separated from the project site by I-15 and vacant lands. North of the project site is the Pilot Travel Center and Outpost Cafe. The lands directly adjacent to the west, and southeast are vacant.
