Document Description
The proposed Love's Travel Center includes truck and vehicle fueling islands, truck washing/maintenance, tire sales, and 12,271 sf of supporting commercial uses. The project site is 10.6 acres located between the I-15 Freeway and Highway 395 just south of Joshua Street. Existing land uses include a Pilot Truck Stop and Outpost Cafe to the north, vacant land to the south and west, and I-15 to the east. The project requests a change of land use designation from Neighborhood Commercial to Commercial/Industrial Business Park under the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan.
