The District proposed minor changes to the project description in the Final EIR that involve reduction in the total developed acreage, shifting the location of the buildings, replacement of specific retaining walls with slopes, locating a secondary emergency access road and a service access road, providing right of way for a trail, widening eastbound Twin Oaks Valley Road for additional northbound left-turn lane and providing off-site brush management along Attebury Drive and has prepared an Addendum to the previously adopted Final EIR.
