Document Description
LLUAHSC, doing business as LLUH, is proposing revisions to its campus master plan which was reviewed in a Program EIR that was certified by the City of Loma Linda City Council in January 2014. The LLUH Campus Master Plan that was reviewed and approved consisted of a multi-phased development to construct new facilities and improvements to the existing campus facilities in order to accommodate growth in the services provided, and to meet regulatory requirements. The Master Plan, to be built-out in phases over 10-year period, includes construction of new facilities, modernization of existing facilities, and replacement of the 1967 portion of the hospital structure in response to California's SB 1953 Hospital Seismic Safety Act mandate. The existing campus and all improvements proposed in the Master Plan are in the City of Loma Linda.
