Document Description
LLUAHSC, doing business as LLUH, is proposing the renovation of its campus. The LLUH Campus Transformation Project is a Master Plan that consists of a multi-phased development to construct new facilities and improvements to the existing campus facilities in order to accommodate growth in the services provided, and to meet regulatory requirements. The proposed project would provide construction of new facilities, modernization of existing facilities, and replacement of the 1967 portion hospital structure in response to California SB 1953 Hospital Seismic Safety Act mandate. The existing campus and all improvements proposed as part of the Master Plan are in the City of Loma Linda; the City is the Lead Agency for CEQA purposes. It is anticipated that the Master Plan would be built out in phases over a 10-year period.
