The California Department of Public Health (Department), as a responsible agency, will be providing funds for this project from the Proposition 84 Funding Program. The City of Baldwin Park, acting lead agency on behalf of San Gabriel Valley Water Company, proposes to construct a regenerative ion exchange nitrate removal system consisting of six modular pressure vessel units, associated piping, motorized valves, and control panel.
