The proposal also includes the construction of a leasing area, club house, fitness area, interior courtyard recreation and pool area, landscaping and related improvements. An ordinance of the City of Cerritos approving a development agreement between the City of Cerritos and the Picerne Group for a residential development under precise plan 2013-4.
