Document Description
The Project proposes development of two five-story residential buildings on two sites (Site A and Site B). Site A consists of a five-story apartment building with 315 residential units and 456 associated parking spaces. Site B consists of a five-story apartment building with 192 units and 275 associated parking spaces. As proposed, the Project would include a "wrap" style development where the Project wraps residential units around an above-ground parking structure. The wrap style allows most residents to park their vehicle on the same level as their residential unit. Each site would contain studios, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, and three-bedroom units designed in a variety of layouts and sizes.
