The facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility that will receive municipal solid waste, green material, and construction and demolition/inert debris; hours of operation will be 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for receipt of waste and ancillary operations and Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for the public; permitted maximum tonnage of 6,000 tons per day; permitted traffic volume of 2,801 vehicles per day; and total permitted area of 17.22 acres.
